Asemprionus: The nightmare demon of the deep
May 13th, 2011
“Asemprionus, Daemon God of the Abyss, Father of the shadows of the sea, his four bastard sons: The Kraken, the Leviathin, the Caphaenius, and the Mollitharin.

Asemprionus eas born among the thousand gods of balance, but always bore pure chaos in his black heart. The other gods first tried to burden him with the scales of order, keeping him bound to the balance of light and dark in the world measured in equal parts white and black sand. But Asemprionus quickly grew restless of such a chore, and used his evil to turn the white sands of the scale to black as well, throwing the world into a horrific storm of madness and destruction. it took the other gods years to finally resolve the scales and take their power away, but asemprionus still carries them, now named the scales of terror. Once captured for his crimes against the balance, Asemprionus was banished with his children to the deepest part of the ocean, forbidden to return to the surface.
Trapped down there for centuries, Asemprionus went even madder from the poison blood of his own evil heart. compelled by a deranged hunger, he ate his first born son the Kraken, and in doing so, gained epic strength and managed to break free of his deep oceanic confines. Asemprionus now prepares to strike, plotting and planning to overthrow the gods that expelled him.”
This piece is one of the more labor intensive munnies I’ve ever done, but I think it was worth it.
